At the time, substances seemed like a refuge, a temporary escape from the pressures and challenges that life threw my way. Little did I know that what began as a coping mechanism soon turned into an insidious monster, gnawing away at every aspect of my existence. The substances gradually took control of my life, leaving behind a trail of destruction.

I felt trapped in a vicious cycle that seemed impossible to break free from.

IS THIS WHAT MY LIFE HAD COME TO??

That was my turning point, the catalyst for change. I mustered every ounce of strength within me and made the most important decision of my life – to seek support. 

I pursued passions that I had neglected for far too long, and life took on a vibrant hue that I hadn’t experienced in years. Each day brought new reasons to be grateful, and I cherished the small moments that I had overlooked in my dark days.
